Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SheCanInvest website (www.shecaninvest.com), our Discord community, courses, live sessions, and 1:1 sessions (together, the “Services”). The Services are operated by a single-member limited liability company doing business as SheCanInvest (“SheCanInvest”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing, subscribing, or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Education, not financial advice

Everything we publish — alerts, live sessions, courses, recordings, chat messages, and 1:1 sessions — is educational and for general information only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; we are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or tax professional; and nothing in the Services is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Every trading and investing decision is yours alone. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Performance figures we share are hypothetical, calculated on an entry-zone basis, unless stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Services. Your website access works through sign-in links sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. Access to members-only Discord channels is tied to the Discord account you connect — one Discord account per membership.

3. Membership, billing & cancellation

Premium membership is billed in advance on the plan you choose (monthly, quarterly, or annual) and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime — from your account page on the website (Manage membership), or through Stan if you originally joined there. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid.

4. Refunds

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law. For subscriptions, cancel anytime to stop future charges as described above.

5. Courses & 1:1 sessions

Course purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable license to watch the course through your account for as long as the course is offered on the site. 1:1 sessions (Discovery Call, Portfolio Review) are educational coaching booked for a scheduled time; if you need to reschedule, use the link in your booking confirmation with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable use

The Services are for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to: share, resell, or republish members-only content (including alerts, recordings, courses, and sheets); share account or Discord access; scrape or bulk-download content; harass other members; or use the community to promote other services or solicit members. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, with no refund of fees already paid.

7. Intellectual property

All content in the Services is owned by SheCanInvest or its licensors and protected by copyright. You keep ownership of anything you post in the community, and you grant us permission to display it within the Services (for example, sharing a testimonial you posted, with identifying details limited to what you shared).

8. Third-party services

Payments are processed by Stripe (or Stan for legacy members); the community runs on Discord; bookings run on Cal.com. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms. Links to third-party tools (for example brokerages on our Resources page) may be referral links; using them is optional and at your own discretion.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SheCanInvest will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including trading or investment losses — arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change, and continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the U.S. state in which our company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions? Email support@shecaninvest.com.
