Privacy Policy

This policy explains what SheCanInvest (“we”, “us” — a single-member limited liability company doing business as SheCanInvest) collects when you use www.shecaninvest.com and our community, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run your membership, we never sell your personal information, and you can ask us to show or delete your data at any time.

What we collect

• Account & purchase info — your email, name, what you bought, and your subscription status.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Stripe (or Stan for legacy members). We never see or store your card number.
• Discord identity — when you connect Discord, we store your Discord ID and username so we can assign your premium role.
• Email opt-ins — if you request a guide or join a list, we store that email.
• Support conversations — messages you send to support, and questions you ask our community helper bot, so we can help you and improve answers.
• Basic technical logs — standard web logs (IP, browser, pages) kept briefly for security and troubleshooting. We use only essential cookies (sign-in sessions); no advertising trackers.

How we use it

To deliver what you bought (membership access, courses, session links), send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, session reminders), answer support questions, send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time, and keep the Services secure.

Who processes it for us

We share data only with the service providers that run the Services: Stripe (payments), Discord (community), Google Workspace (email), Cal.com (1:1 bookings), Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database), Bunny (video delivery), Upstash (rate limiting), and Anthropic (AI that helps answer support questions — support messages may be processed by it). Each provider receives only what it needs. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

While your account or subscription is active, and afterwards only as long as we need it for legitimate business records (for example purchase history) or as required by law.

Your choices & rights

Unsubscribe links appear in every marketing email. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@shecaninvest.com — we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional statutory rights; we honor reasonable requests regardless.

Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and over and are not directed to children.
